Love it but my os is Windows and I don't know command line well enough. A windows version would be awesome but this is great!

One of the best series. Good audio, easy to understand.

Wow, how exciting. I'm 68 years old and my 24 year old mentor has me on 2 books about Python and 2 about DJango. What a hoot but what a learning curve. After I was retired several years I taught myself how to write VB 6 programs and made a suite of 5 programs that support a local race using remote data entry stations and packet radio for the interconnects. Then my young Buddy Adam comes onto the scene and brings my world into the next generation. Way Cool. Anyhow, back to your video but I will have to rewind and view it more than a few times. Thanks for all your work and effort to spread the word. It's great

Wow that's really great. Thank you for that. I'm currently trying to build a portal page with django but don't really know how to handle such a big page.

So I'll look at the rest of your screencasts. ;)

A great intro to django. I have not used git before, but I think I will now.

Educating the Open-source Community With Showmedo

Although as important as the software it supports, education and documentation are relatively neglected in the Open-source world. Coders love to code, and explaining how best to use or improve the software tends to be deferred or even sidelined.

At Showmedo we believe the community can play a vital role here and also say thanks for the tools and software that make our lives easier. If you have a piece of software you love or a programming langugage you are enthusiastic about, why not make a screencast showing others how to use it? All the stuff you wish you'd been told, the tips, tricks, insights that would have saved you time and frustration.

Screencasting is easier than you think, and we're happy to help you. You can emailus for advice or just use some of the how-to screencasts on the site. This screencasting learning-pathis a good place to start.

Kudos and Thanks for ericflo
