The 'enumerate' function builds on the last episode - we can get the index of an item and the item itself in a simple statement. 'enumerate' was added in Python 2.3.

which term drives n the "for' or the "enumerate' function, ie if wish to start list at n=2 , how would the code be different

I didn't know that the enumerate function was so recent. I thought it was one of those basic functions available from version 1.1 . Now I know.
