I see where this series is going... Game programming.

Which libraries would you use in such a case ? DirectX, OpenGL, SDL? And which frameworks?

This was extremely helpful. I am trying to teach myself to program in addition to working my regular full time job. This type of approach is much easier to absorb than trying to struggle through a text at the end of a long day.
